I'm dealing with the devil's law firm and it sounds like the devil's playground should get shut down and that goes for the sheriff too.
I watch every move around me and there is no way getting past me. I bet this law firm has my phone tapped, that's why I can't get any help in Arkansas. The apartment complex where we live I bet they have someone living here and listening too. I wouldn't put it past them at all. The law firm is making damn sure I don't get a jury trial or any kind of help. If I get a jury trial this law firm are screwed, they are going the distance to stop me. They will have to explain themselves why did they destroy my life when I showed them proof on 5-28-15? How come you didn't help Ms Graves after she gave you proof of alcohol?
I don't drink nor do drugs, however I'm aware of my surroundings at all times. You either get tough or you die, when you are put in this situation.
Conway County AR sheriff is one crooked ass bastard and they have one crooked ass law firm backing them up. That goes for the Arkansas state police too. This law firm are their attorneys too, of course my throat is gonna get cut.

Social media is a good resource to get the word out and meet wonderful people too. Freedom of speech that right will never ever be taken away from me. When you're in a crisis like I am in. I need help in the state of Arkansas. I have talked to lawyers, cops, state troopers and many more in the criminal justice system also FBI agents all of these people are outside of Arkansas. See, when I sit down with lawyer's, I show them my proof the alcohol and my list of witnesses that seen the alcohol there at the wreck scene. The lawyer's know they can't step over boundaries and there is a judge in place to throw your evidence out of court when your case number comes up. This particular law firm covered up the police report for the Arkansas state police and the sheriff of Conway County AR because they are their lawyer's too, Tina, your throat got cut for a reason. That's why the (what alcohol) I don't see any alcohol by other lawyers. They are going to make damn sure the boys scholarships stay in tact and they have clean records. The judge that is in place has connection to one of the 5 boys in the truck. That boy had the most to lose. Him and his mother took care of it by that judge there is a connection by their last name odd last name too. That judge was the most corrupted lawyer in Conway County Arkansas now he's a judge in Little Rock, that speaks volumes. He is BFF's with the particular lawyer's of the law firm you hired to represent you. This was a sowed up deal on March 24th 2015. The boys are totally protected, and they made damn sure to destroy your life over the book you wrote. This was rigged from the get go. The FBI agent you talked to, you and your mom. He was paid off by this particular law firm as well. This particular FBI agent knew this was a cover up but he played dumb and got paid really good by playing stupid and cocky. This is organized crime, everyone has a place and a job to do.

The police can't dismiss alcohol at a wreck scene. Alcohol is very serious!! I hope these motherfuckers go down in the flames of hell. When I finally sit down with someone. Yup, Tina has to leave Arkansas while we resolve this situation. If people knew how mad I was. I promise it would scare the shit clean out of them. They would turn ghostly white. Like this one person stated, once you open your package up. Corruption stands out like a sore toe, the evidence you have doesn't add up. The witnesses should have been called. Why was the alcohol dismissed? Why was the reckless driving dismissed? Why was speeding in the school zone dismissed? The police report has all the ages of the boys at the time of the wreck. I've sent these packages all over. 5 underage boys with beer, no sobriety tests on all 5 boys. They were under 21, automatic sobriety test on all 5 boys immediately, no alcohol in possession charge. Someone has some explaining to do and it will start with the state troopers. The troopers couldn't determine the speed at impact. Yup, someone has some explaining to do. The truck was flipped upside down. Thats high rate of speed when it goes airborne. Your police report is a joke someone has to explain this and tell the truth not lie their way out of it, they can't lie the pictures will not let them lie at all. In the right hands someone will drop the bomb on these people. It's easy to make copies of your evidence and send it all over the place too. The law firm should have done something on May 28, 2015 when they got the pictures in. They will definitely have to explain that one. This law firm played a big part in this cover up too. This is a huge story. When this hits the news it will spread like wildfire. Who bought the beer? That must be brought out too. I bet it was a parent.
I was told you should be able to call any lawyer and they would love to have this case probably do it for Pro Bono there's a reason why for that too. With the right lawyer, they can knock this out the ballpark.

The alcohol cannot be dismissed because of the 5 boys being underage. The immunity card can't work when you have concrete evidence. The alcohol shouldn't be dismissed at all especially at a wreck scene. The alcohol should have went straight on the police report. Sobriety tests done and alcohol possession charge on police report.

I was told by another person, the FBI should make a house call, apologize to you and your mother. When you both made an attempt to get the FBI involved last October. They should say, we want to see the rest of your evidence and take care of this matter. We will take you both to our office and bring you both back home in a safe manner. We want to help you and we want to resolve this issue. That's what the FBI in Arkansas should do.. This is a job for them. They need to disipline all the people involved covering this wreck up and making my life, my mom's life a living hell for 18 months. They should appoint an attorney to you. They know both of your lives are completely destroyed by this cover up. The FBI in Arkansas should do this. The 3 lawyers in your last meeting. Should be disbarred immediately. 5 underage boys with alcohol, no one was given a sobriety test. If they did take one, it should have been stated on the police report, end of story. Alcohol scattered all over the road, the Arkansas state police let it slide. Because of scholarships and make sure their records stayed clean. The boys were not charged with possession of alcohol either. Only citations were given, failure to stop at stop sign and no seat belt those tickets are a joke, you don't have to pay them not in Conway County AR you don't. The police report looks minor. I am having trouble getting pictures and witnesses into court. I have proof that I'm not lying. The police report is a joke.
5 underage boys with alcohol, no one was given a sobriety test. If they did take one, it should have been stated on the police report, end of story. Alcohol scattered all over the road, the Arkansas state police let it slide. Because of scholarships and make sure their records stayed clean. The boys were not charged with possession of alcohol either. Only citations were given, failure to stop at stop sign and no seat belt those tickets are a joke, you don't have to pay them not in Conway County AR you don't. The police report looks minor. This was a horrific wreck. My pictures tells the truth nothing but the truth what had happened that day. I can't get my pictures and witnesses into court. Yup, organized crime ring at its finest in Arkansas.
All 5 boys should be sworn in under oath to tell the truth what had happened that day. Why did you go past a stop sign at an intersection doing over at least 60-70 miles an hour (in a school zone)? Why did you pull a stunt like that crossing a main highway, traffic galore? Why didn't you stop at the stop sign, look both ways then crossed over when you seen it was safe to do so? I need to thank a close family member and a few other family members for cutting my throat and stabbing me in the back. How many of you offered to help me or my mom fight this bunch of corrupted goons? This same person told my mom much later that the law firm I had hired was the same law firm that represented the Arkansas state police and Conway County sheriff's office and police officials also Conway County elected officials. How do you suppose she knew all of this? She also told us that the law firm was going to drop my case on October 28, 2015 when the meeting was held. How did she know this? She was right they dropped me. We finally saw the light after people started informing us as to what had happened. This same person did nothing to help, just watched for 5 long months after proof of alcohol was handed to the lawyer. My life or my mom's life meant nothing to her or a few other family members. They stood by and watched us get beat into the ground. Then to make matters worse, we were kicked out of the house because of my social media. No need to try and lie your way out of this. It won't work. Who caused this wreck? It wasn't me, wasn't my mom. Who got punished? Yes, me and my mom did. Where's the justice here? On February 1, 2016 we signed a legal paper to be off the property by February 29, 2016. That gave us 28 days to be gone and we made it thanks to the family members who cared and wanted to help us. We were desperate at this time.

You might need to have the highway department in Arkansas, go to the wreck scene area, and change the speed limit signs through the school zone and through the township, 35 MPH in the school zone and 25 MPH when children are present. The present signs are obviously not correct as the police report states, 55 MPH. My wreck happened in the school zone. You can see the school plainly in my pictures. Also could you look at the pictures of the wreck and estimate approximately how fast this truck was moving at impact? Your employees stated they couldn't determine the rate of speed at impact on the police report. This was not a fender bender as it was made to look like on the police report. Dear head honcho of the Arkansas state police you have a lot of explaining to do. Why did you let these 2 state troopers cover up my wreck? I better have an appropriate answer. When the Conway County sheriff's office, Arkansas State Police and their lawyer, which was also my lawyer got finished with me, I no longer existed. The lawyer and another lawyer who was present informed me in the presence of my mom, a third lawyer and their secretary, stated that for sure not a judge in the state of Arkansas will favor for me and my proof of alcohol. Why would any lawyer make a statement like that? I was your client, you just admitted that you did nothing for me from April 6, 2015 to October 28, 2015. You drug out my case for 5 long months after you received my list of witnesses and 30 plus pictures, I sent you.
You say you are an honest lawyer. If you were an honest lawyer you would not have taken my case. You cannot protect me, the Arkansas State Police and Conway County Arkansas and the sheriff at the same time. That's conflict of interest at its finest. Organized Crime Ring
Let me sum this up in a nut shell.
March 24, 2015 alcohol at the wreck scene visible all over the highway and it smelt like a brewery too as I was told. Place it on the police report obey the law. Scholarships and protection of the boys isn't an excuse. Those 2 Arkansas state troopers must have gotten their badge out of a cracker jack box. Ignorance is bliss.
May 28, 2015 I gave solid proof to the law firm, alcohol was present at the wreck scene. Do your damn job right, these lawyers must have gotten their degree out of a cracker jack box too. On May 28th 2015 alcohol should have been added to the police report no ands ifs or buts about it. Scholarships and protection of the boys isn't an excuse. Obey the law. Ignorance is bliss.

They don't protect their clients, I'm living proof they don't and I have concrete evidence to back my story up someone is lying big time. On July 2, 2016, I received a letter from the driver's insurance company that was post marked, June 16, 2016. This letter took 16 days to reach me. They say that efforts to reach me have been unsuccessful. I check my mail once a week and I Google every call that comes in on my phone. No word from these people since end of October 2015. They stated if they don't hear from me in 30 days they will close my case. They also stated that the statue of limitations is 3 years and I will have to file a lawsuit within that time frame. I am fully aware of the statue of limitations. Why threaten to close my case in 30 days? I responded to the insurance company, 7-5-2016 which I videoed and recorded the conversation to protect myself from these people obviously they are up to something they want to close my case. June 3rd I had leverage now Tina with those pictures. Which the pictures caught them off guard since they already helped with the cover up. So the law firm, Arkansas State Police and Conway County Arkansas got their heads together to starve me out so I will take anything but that didn't happen. October 28th when they dropped me they should have had an updated Police report to give to me with the alcohol, speeding in a school zone and reckless driving added to it because they said they would put those factors on the police report in the June 3rd meeting. The head lawyer stated it was illegal to leave off alcohol and it will be corrected and something would be done about it. They lied to me and my mother because they had NO intentions to add the alcohol because the cover up was a sowed up deal before the police report was written. Now the million dollar question, who are they doing this to at this moment in time as I type this. Leaving major factors off the police report for underhanded money. This law firm are liars and shysters something should be done about this immediately. This is no laughing matter. This is a crooked law firm full of corruption.
