Mike Rainwater and his protectors has a air tight choke hold on my voice. Because Mike Rainwater has a lot to hide that's why he has stopped the news reporters from talking to me and my mother. The day a news reporter sits down with you and your mother. I can literally prove everything that I am saying. Someone in a very high position in Arkansas is stopping the news media. I need to know who it is. I am to the point and assuming it's the attorney general. I've been told it's her. However I need to find out the truth. Someone very powerful in Arkansas silenced my voice. I want to know who is keeping me and my evidence out of court in the state of Arkansas. I have solid proof concrete evidence and no one can't be charged and punished. Who is stopping me?

I finally got a letter from the FBI in Little Rock Arkansas. That letter wasn't signed by anyone to dispute it. This letter I got from the FBI in Little Rock AR on December 7th it's a 'wasn't me' type letter. They will throw their hands up and say I don't know how the letter got typed up and sent. That letter I have in my hands now.

They are protecting them to the fullest. I was told I need a lawyer like RIGHT NOW because of that letter. However the FBI in Little Rock AR they KNOW I am blocked from hiring a lawyer too. I was told with a lawyer you can find out who typed that letter up. As it stands you won't be able to find out because this is another run around letter. I was told Washington DC can plow into these people now. The proof you have now as it stands on December 8th very very very explosive. The FBI in Little Rock AR didn't sign any names. The attorney general didn't sign her name on her letter that was sent. No one is signing names that's a big ass red flag. They are dragging this out until 3-24-18. I was told you have to have a lawyer to sign in before 3-24-15 to 3-24-18 get his signature on the paperwork. This person told me this is the reason why I can't have a lawyer in AR.

1) your emails are going to get Mike Rainwater, John Rainwater, Bob Sexton in a lot of trouble. Your emails seals the deal. You proved of ALCOHOL, SPEEDING, AND RECKLESS DRIVING on May 28, 2015. They dropped you knowing that the police report was falsified from one end to another. They withheld your evidence for 5 months. You can prove via paperwork and pictures that Rainwater Holt and Sexton law firm didn't do one thing for you April 6 to October 28 2015. What the law firm did was blow smoke up my ass. Rainwater Holt and Sexton law firm are in big time trouble serious trouble over your emails. The FBI in Little Rock AR backing them and protecting them.

2) the driver they don't want the driver unmask in the court room. Who was really driving the truck on 3-24-15? They don't want this driver be charged with

3) the Arkansas state police is highly protected too. Its obvious to see. You have too much evidence and being blocked out of court. Someone should have to answer to that.  To me it should be the governor.

I was told all you need is a good news reporter to sit down with you and your mom. Let them look at your evidence and let them see it for themselves. The news reporter should

To figure out why she's so angry on the internet. These people have a lot to hide and that's why they silenced my voice at all cost. I was told the right news reporter will run with this story and get it out in the media outlet immediately. This is a scandal once the news reporter sits down and look at your stuff and listen to you and your mom. That news reporter can lead you to the right lawyer. I was told with my evidence this will be over with quick in the court room. I was told this is a very easy case this story should be in news media as soon as possible. This is a true scandal they are trying to keep it out of the news until 3-24-18. The state of Arkansas has Tina Ann Graves in a choke hold a very major choke hold to be exact. I was told I am 100% silenced. They don't want anyone around you or your mother. A news reporter should see the horror that mom and I have had to live through the past 32 months. They will see the horror in our eyes and in our voice. I have solid proof concrete evidence I am denied a lawyer in AR because of reputations. When they dropped my case on 10-28-15 they permanently blocked me out of court and my evidence. No lawyer in AR will represent me or get my evidence in court. Some can take my case but my evidence has got to stay out of the court room. Why???? I have solid proof concrete evidence it will stick in court. I can prove everything I am saying 100% in court.

My emails shows and proves that I was begging and pleading for help but RHS law firm didn't listen to me they destroyed my life instead. I was told my emails are damaging. The emails put them on the aiding and abetting, accessory to crime side charge of it. I proved 100% of ALCOHOL and my police report is falsified from one end to another 5-28-2015. Mom and I our lives have been destroyed so 5 underage boys in possession of ALCOHOL could NOT get into trouble and 2 AR state troopers couldn't get into trouble too by falsifying a police report.  Who told the AR state troopers to falsify the police report I need to find this out in court. The news media of Arkansas is banned too. They KNOW this is corruption but they are protecting Rainwater Holt and Sexton law firm at all cost. I have an email, they sided in with the firm. This is state wide corruption I am dealing with. My mom's phone call by a special agent (FBI) from Conway County AR. Anything that comes from Conway County AR is corrupted and tainted at this point in time with this case.
He wants to talk to me he will have to appoint in a lawyer and he knows that I am blocked from hiring a lawyer too. I ain't talking until I get a lawyer. When I get a lawyer we will talk all day long.

That phone call on my mom's phone stems back to the parents and family involved and local police and the judge too. All the ones involved in Conway County basically and obviously they are running scared.
What that call was about, in another words, jerk a knot in my tail to shut me up on my social media, my freedom of speech. I am trying to get help here in Arkansas.  I am NOT a stupid person okay.

Say he came over no lawyer involved, his motive was to piss me off then arrest me. Then I would have came up dead because they don't want this driver unmask in court or what RHS law firm has done to me. These people would kill me in a New York minute AND GET AWAY WITH IT TOO. So they can continue their corruptive organization when the need arises for protection for the other side this is nothing but the truth. Why didn't this law firm protect me on 5-28-2015 when I gave them solid proof concrete evidence of ALCOHOL and 100% showed them that the police report was falsified from one end to another. The Rainwater Holt and Sexton law firm lawyer's had already told my mom and me to our faces that NOT one judge in Arkansas would favor for me or my evidence if I did get it into court. On October 28, 2015 the day they dropped my case, so I already knew all the judges would be against me. Every lawyer and every judge in the state of Arkansas, who are withholding, blocking, my evidence out of court are obstructing justice and preventing me from getting JUSTICE that I wholeheartedly deserve. Everyone of these lawyers and judges are violating the constitutional law that says the civil rights of the citizens of the United States should be protected. The Rainwater Holt and Sexton law firm are using the local news media every day to lure citizens into their trap. They are lying to the citizens of Arkansas. When they tout what they can do to help them weather the storm. They don't tout they are the law firm lawyer's in place to represent the Arkansas state police and local law enforcement officials in certain counties and yes, Conway County AR is one of their counties. I was born and raised in Conway County and lived in Conway County at the time of the wreck. You don't even have to guess who the Rainwater Holt and Sexton law firm lawyer's represented. It damn sure wasn't me. The Rainwater Holt and Sexton law firm buried my ass alive. The Rainwater Holt and Sexton law firm lawyer's made sure that they had falsified my police report just right for the Arkansas state police so it could be released 3 weeks after my wreck. There are people in the top branches of government trying to save the Rainwater Holt and Sexton law firm lawyer's asses. I have reached out to some of these people. They will not make an effort to help me. It has been decided that I am not entitled to any kind of lawyer in Arkansas. This has to come from someone at the very top of the government. That person should step down and resign. They are no good for Arkansas. They don't represent Arkansas they don't protect the citizens of Arkansas.

He was going to add the alcohol, speeding in a school zone and reckless driving to the police report because it should have been on there in the first place. I have spoken to a Arkansas state police captain lately. He explained to me that the Arkansas laws give discretion to law enforcement on detecting when a person has been drinking or under the influence of alcohol. That explains why the sobriety testing was marked no on the police report. (it was the state trooper's choice to give a sobriety test or not) The Arkansas state police captain did talk with the state trooper who worked the wreck scene and got back in touch with me to state that the trooper did give a sobriety test to the driver (the trooper did not have to put it on the police report that's was his choice) since alcohol was present at the wreck scene, which I have proof (my pictures and witnesses) I don't understand why the Arkansas state police captain didn't ask the state trooper who worked the wreck scene why the driver was not charged with being in possession of ALCOHOL. He could have also asked why the driver was NOT charged with speeding in a school zone and reckless driving. I was hoping the Arkansas state police captain would have explained to me why the Arkansas state police are NOT enforcing the Arkansas alcohol laws. He does however stand behind these state troopers who worked the wreck scene 100% To me that's pretty damn disgusting. These State troopers gave these 5 underage boys in possession of ALCOHOL to drink and drive no consequences whatsoever. I am stating facts.

A news reporter that I have been in touch with states the speed limit in the school zone at Center Ridge AR is 55 MPH if students aren't present. This is NOT true at all very false. She states that the 6th amendment does not apply to me if no one has been charged with a crime. She believes my case qualifies as a civil case that does NOT guarantee me a lawyer or a jury trial. She states that legal aid typically helps with civil cases but I am NOT entitled to a civil attorney. She stated that the Arkansas state police had reached out to me to come in to talk to them. This is also NOT true. She states in regard to the beer at the wreck scene she is NOT sure why this was NOT noted by the Arkansas state police. She states that she wasn't sure that Mike Rainwater represents the Arkansas state police. They do have a staff of lawyers and also represented by the Attorney general. She states that it would be difficult for a lawyer to prove these boys were in possession of ALCOHOL. She never mentioned the pictures of alcohol at the wreck scene and my list of witnesses that she has in her possession. She states that since the Arkansas state police had reached out to me and that I had declined their request it would make it difficult for her to do my story. I will say this again the Arkansas state police did NOT reach out to me, EVER! That's a flat out lie right there. The issue here is the pictures they show that alcohol was present at the wreck scene that proves the driver was in possession of ALCOHOL. Pictures and the witnesses that seen and smelt alcohol at the wreck scene the news reporter she could have interviewed these people.

 The rest of the excuses she has given me are ONLY distractions from the REAL Story. These pictures of ALCOHOL at the wreck scene and the list of witnesses are the KEY FACTORS in this alcohol cover up but no one seems to think this needs to be addressed tho. Also, every issue she stated that she wasn't sure of it could have been investigated but it wasn't.

I am fully aware that I am NOT entitled to any lawyer in the state of Arkansas. That was decided on October 28, 2015 after Rainwater Holt and Sexton lawyers withheld my evidence for 5 months then dropped my case to keep it out of court. I've been blocked out of court since October 28, 2015 thanks to that corrupted law firm. I can't hire one lawyer in Arkansas thanks to Mike Rainwater!!!! When I see these 2 POS lawyers hand over a check and make themselves look good on TV it makes me puke. When I look at those 2, I remember what they said to me.

That's when all the dirty work was done. All the covering up took place. Conway County Arkansas Sheriff and everyone else that was involved in this alcohol cover up. That was when it was all done. All the dirty underhanded work was done that very day.

I hired the RHS law firm
At that time I didn't know that they were the attorney's for the Arkansas state police and the Conway County AR sheriff, cops, county officials.
My throat got cut right at first when they took my case. RHS law firm knew this alcohol cover up had to stay covered up.
They had a judge within the Arkansas Supreme Court committee to protect them. The judge was the one to totally block me out of court. When my case number came up out goes my evidence before a jury could ever see it. My evidence is concrete solid proof.

May 28, 2015 when I got about 35 pictures in and my list of witnesses that seen alcohol at the wreck scene. I sent them to RHS law firm immediately and they absolutely didn't do anything about it. RHS law firm is a corrupted law firm I can prove it too.

What threw this into a tailspin or threw a monkey wrench in this alcohol cover up was the pictures. They weren't expecting pictures that damaging to show up. The pictures threw everyone off track because the dirty work was already done beforehand. Everyone knew when my pictures went into court everybody that was involved in this alcohol cover up was going down immediately. So they had to stop me in my tracks and they had to stop me from hiring a lawyer because those pictures could NOT reach the court room at all cost. The pictures could NOT surface. These people could NOT be exposed at all.

So this particular judge and these 3 RHS law firm lawyer's ran to someone because they couldn't be disbarred they had so call reputations to protect and the RHS law firm empire couldn't be dismantled. They could NOT be touched at all. Those pictures went into court, goodbye judge and goodbye RHS law firm lawyer's that are involved in this alcohol cover up no more practicing law for them.

I presented pictures of the ALCOHOL at the wreck scene PLUS a list of witnesses on May 28, 2015. I was told by the RHS lawyer's that it's against the law to leave ALCOHOL off the police report. I was told I had leverage with the pictures of ALCOHOL at the wreck scene. The pictures will tell the story in court. I DID NOT need witnesses now. I had 100% leverage.

After my wreck on March 24, 2015 where alcohol was present at the wreck scene. The police report wasn't released until 3 weeks later with no mention of the alcohol. During this 3 week span there were several family members who knew WHY the alcohol disappeared from the police report, yet did NOT share this information with me. They were okay with what had been done to me as long as the boys were saved, no problems there, no mention as to who was responsible for doing this or removing the alcohol off the police report.  The ONLY reply from one family member was that there was nothing I could do about it. It's a sowed up deal, Tina. This was said to me many times over a 7 month period. This is also the same family member who told me several months later that the law firm I hired was also the law firm lawyers for Conway County AR, police officials so on and the Arkansas State Police there was nothing I could do about the cover up. This is also the same family member who told me before I met with the RHS law firm lawyer's in October of 2015 they were going to drop my case. That's exactly what they did 5 months after they received and withheld my evidence, after me  proving alcohol was at the wreck scene. I screwed up big time when I hired RHS law firm, they cut my throat all to hell corrupted lawyers very much so. (The family members knew everything that was going on still remain silent.) How did she know all of this? Did she take part in covering the alcohol up to protect the boys? That's a million dollar question baby! These questions should be answered honestly. The judge, the one that has connections to the wreck most of all the sheriff of Conway County AR. He's the one to block the evidence out of court he's the go to man. 5 underage boys in possession of ALCOHOL ran an intersection flying like a bat out of hell. They thought they could beat me before I passed by. Drunk 10 foot tall and bullet proof playing with other people's lives playing a game. That was high rate of speed when they hit me and the semi driver.

I am the victim and I got punished for their actions give me a break. My life has been totally smashed into the ground 2 years, March 24, 2015.
